Hilltop Occupational Therapy provides personalized services to children and adults both in-person and via telehealth. Hilltop specializes in the intersection of sensory systems, self-regulation and executive functioning for neuro-diverse students and their families including parent coaching.

Located on 11 acres in North Spokane, Hilltop OT incorporates nature to address motor-coordination, confidence, self-regulation, and/or social skills to help your child become more confident and connected! Currently, Hilltop is accepting students/parents/adults for 1:1 sessions, check back for upcoming information on 2025 summer sessions!
